2. What we collect

This is an informational website. We do not operate user accounts and do not ask you to register. The only personal data we process is:

• Email correspondence: if you email us, including through the contact form, which opens a message in your own email application, we hold your email address and the contents of your message in order to reply.
• Technical data: our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser user-agent for security and to serve the Site. We do not use this to identify you.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Lawful basis

• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): operating and securing the Site, and responding to enquiries you send us.
• Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): retaining records where required by law.

4. Third parties

We use Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) for website hosting, CDN, and DNS. Cloudflare may set security cookies for bot detection and may cache static content at global edge locations. It does not process personal data on our behalf beyond what is necessary to serve and protect the Site.

5. Retention

Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email henry@catalyst-neuromorphic.com. We will respond within one calendar month.

7. Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie for bot detection. If you close the announcement banner, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage, which never leaves your device. No other cookies are set by this Site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the most recent revision.
